Library Know-How: Answers to All Your Questions!
Welcome to our Library FAQ section! Here, you'll find answers to common queries about using our school library. If your question isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch with the librarian for assistance.
Library cards are issued to all students from Class VI to XII. To receive your card, simply submit a library notebook to the library. Once your card is issued, you’ll be able to borrow books and enjoy the full range of library services.
You can search for books via our Library Online Catalogue, using keywords like title, author, subject, etc. The virtual library bookshelf also offers an easy way to browse. If a book is issued, you can reserve it by clicking the reserve button and entering your library card number. For detailed instructions, check out the videos available on the Library Orientation Webpage..
Our award-winning Library Reward Points System encourages students to read more. You earn points for participating in library activities and lose points for inappropriate behavior in the library. For more information, visit our Library Points page.
It’s simple! Scan the QR Code on your student ID card, library card, or library notebook to instantly check your points. Alternatively, you can view your points on the Library Website.
If a book isn’t available in the library, it could be because we don’t have a copy, or there was an error in the search. If you're sure the book isn't in our collection and you would like to recommend it, please use the Suggestion Register.
In case of lost books, you have two options: replace the book or pay its cost at the school office.
If your question isn’t answered here, don’t hesitate to reach out to the librarian for further assistance.
